Today's national mood
One response per device per seat per day. Responses are weighted and reported on a rolling window so a single co-ordinated day cannot swing the headline number.

Methodology
- De-duplication. A salted SHA-256 hash of a random device identifier enforces one response per seat per day.
- Weighting. Each response carries a weight derived from age band and county registered-voter share, so over-represented groups do not dominate the topline.
- Rolling windows. Headline figures use a 7-day window; a 1-day view is published for volatility, and a 30-day view for structural trend.
- Uncertainty. Margins of error apply a design effect of 1.4 at 95% confidence. Differences inside the margin are reported as statistical ties.
- Transparency. Raw responses are never exposed publicly; only aggregate tallies leave the database.
